Fangs is a Seadog pirate found in Pirate Seas, Cutthroat Carnival and Troll Home Security. In Pirate Seas, he challenges the Skylander to a game of Pirate Cards, while in Cutthroat Carnival and Troll Home Security he challenges the you to a game of Skystones.
