Give A Hoot is a Heroic Challenge in Skylanders: Giants. It is unlocked by Crusher and requires returning 15 owls to their nests within 4 minutes. If the Skylanders are hit while carrying an owl, it will return to its original location. normal skylanders can carry 5 owls and Giants can carry 8 owls at once.
