Lair of the Giant Spiders is a Heroic Challenge in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure and Skylanders: Giants that is unlocked by Prism Break. It uses the map of Molekin Mine and requires all six Gargantulas to be defeated in under three minutes and forty-five seconds.
There is a small push-block puzzle at the very beginning of the Challenge; the first Gargantula is directly at the end of it. After that, a Mining Pick is provided to tear down some rocks to access the rest of the mines. There are a couple more push-block puzzles located in different areas, and there are teleporters in some places to improve mobility from room to room, but both of these can be almost ignored entirely by playing as Prism Break, whose laser beams can destroy the purple crystals and rocks with ease.

- In this Heroic Challenge, the Gargantulas do not spawn Spider Swarmers (or Spiderlings) when they are defeated, but the green burst effect still occurs.
