Citizens are Mabu inhabitants that had minor speaking roles in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure and in Pirate Seas.
Story
Stonetown
- “Help! It's the Eternal Earth Source! It's become a hideous, horrific terrible monster!”

As an Stone Golem rampaged in a populated area of Stonetown, a Mabu Citizen cried for help while explaining that the Eternal Earth Source transformed into the golem.
Pirate Seas
- “The Shipmaster needs you to rescue him! He's in the cage on the platform behind you!”
- – Citizen
The Mabu Citizen in Pirate Seas locks the Skylanders from progressing until they have defeated the Seadog Fangs in a game of Pirate Cards and rescued the Shipmaster. After defeating Fangs, he disappears.

Trivia
- In the Wii version of Spyro's Adventure, both Citizens have the same model and character portrait as Blobbers.
- In the XPEC version of the game, they are replaced by Noobry.
