Citizens are Mabu inhabitants that had minor speaking roles in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure and in Pirate Seas.
Story
Stonetown
- “Help! It's the Eternal Earth Source! It's become a hideous, horrific, terrible monster!”

The Citizens of Stonetown had somehow recovered the Eternal Earth Source and kept it safe until the Skylanders could claim it. However, when the Skylanders arrived, they discovered that the source had unexpectedly transformed into a massive Stone Golem, which had begun attacking the village and its inhabitants. As the Stone Golem rampaged in the populated area of Stonetown, a Mabu Citizen cried for help while explaining that the Eternal Earth Source had transformed.
Pirate Seas
- “The Shipmaster needs you to rescue him! He's in the cage on the platform behind you!”

There is also a Mabu Citizen encountered in Pirate Seas that locks the Skylanders from progressing until they have defeated the Seadog Pirate Fangs in a game of Pirate Cards and rescued the Shipmaster. After defeating Fangs, he disappears.

Trivia
- In the Wii version of Spyro's Adventure, both the Stonetown Citizens and the Pirate Seas Citizen have the same model and character portrait as Blobbers.
- The Stonetown Citizen also shares the same voice actor as Blobbers, potentially meaning the Citizen was originally supposed to just be Blobbers.
- There are two Citizens in the cutscenes in Stonetown who can be seen in the arena where the battle against the Stone Golem takes place. These Citizens are only present in the Wii version of the game.
- In the XPEC version of Spyro's Adventure, the Pirate Seas citizen is replaced by Noobry.
