The Magic Circle Keeper is a Gillman who resides at Muddy Marsh Village in Mudwater Hollow. After the Skylanders saved the village from enemy forces, the Magic Circle Keeper thanked the Skylanders and told them that the Magic Circle can take them to the Flashfin.
