Mega Bombs are powerful explosive items featured in the Skylanders series, serving as an enhanced version of the standard Bomb. Unlike regular bombs, Mega Bombs cannot be thrown—instead, they must be manually rolled to their destination by the Skylander.
Mega Bombs first appeared in the level Goo Factory in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. They are used to destroy large, fortified walls that standard bombs cannot damage. While being rolled, they instantly defeat any enemy they come into contact with, making them useful for both combat and progression.
In Wilikin Village and Aerial Attack!, Mega Bombs need to be used to destroy barricade doors, which cannot be destroy by using an Bomb or an Giant. In the Wilikin World, Bombs turn into Cardboard which can still be rolled around but not explode.
In Nightmare Express, Mega Bombs need to be used to destroy an optional wall and take down the Troll Super Tank, which cannot be destroyed by using regular Bombs.

- Mega Bombs will occationally start blinking blue in Spyro's Adventure.
- In Wilikin Village, Mega Bombs appear as cardboard while in the Wilikin World, even though everything else made of cardboard is perceived as real within that realm. This inconsistency is likely an oversight in the level’s design.
