Hipp is a Mabu scientist in Skylanders: Trap Team. He is found within the Magic Elemental Gate in Telescope Towers. Hipp's quarters are filled with enchanted, flying paintings that move erratically on their own. He notes that some of these paintings don’t even belong to him. The Skylanders need to attack all of the flying paintings belonging to Hipp for a platform to appear, allowing them to reach the Magical hat on the other side.
