The Oil Can is an item found in the Ruins after Gurglefin sets up his Oil Donkey. It is used to oil the various machines and robots in the area, which in turn grant access to new areas or give special treasures. Using the can on Clam-tron 4000 will activate him, allowing the player to progress to Crystal Eye Castle. If you use the can on the sheep they turn black for a while. There are 2 Winged Sapphires you can get by using it.
