The Oil Can is an item found in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. The object is obtained in the Ruins after Gurglefin sets up his Oil Donkey and is used to oil the machines in the area, including robots, which in turn will grant access to new areas or find treasures. Using the can on Clam-tron 4000 near the beach will activate him, allowing the player to progress to Crystal Eye Castle. If you use the can on sheep, they turn black for a while and appear distressed. There are 2 Winged Sapphires you can get by using it. One of the Winged Sapphires is inside of the train by Diggs when you oil it, another is by the robot with the top hat next to the door shaped like a gear.
