Cupid Flameslinger was the Valentine's Day exclusive version of Flameslinger, only available on Skylanders: Lost Islands. In the months of February 2013 and 2014, he provides 25-percent more gold. He was able to be won in Willy's Wishing Well or could be purchased for 1500 Gems.
