Nitro Skylanders are characters introduced in Skylanders: Swap Force that are mostly associated with speed. They have a yellow-and-white checker color scheme.

- Nitro Krypt King is currently the only Nitro Skylander who doesn't possess any speed moves.
- Nitro is a term used for a chemical makes cars move faster than normal, and Nitro variants have checkered patterns in their design, a symbol for racing.
