Time Spell Punks are a type of Spell Punk that appeared in the Tower of Time Adventure Pack in Skylanders: Swap Force. They have the ability to restart time after the Skylanders turn it off, and are the only enemies not affected by the stopping of time.
Time Spell Punks can shoot laser beams at Skylanders when not restarting time.
