Corn Hornets are the first enemy met in Treetop Terrace. These hornets shoot painful stingers that temporarily stun Skylanders when hit. A hornet's stinger can be dodged from afar, but is impossible to miss when close. If one's needle gets you, shake the controller as instructed onscreen.
There are clockwork versions of the Corn Hornet who appear as enemies in the Ancient Woods level located in Skylanders: Swap Force.
Trivia
- The Corn Hornets bare a slight resemblance to the Buzz Bombers, a type of Badnik, from the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series.
