Trivia
- Despite sharing the name, there is a different golden Skeleton Key in the 3DS version of Skylanders: Swap Force. It has a golden skull as a handle and resides in the Samurai Islands, and can open every door in Skylands.
- Both instances of this level appearing outside of the games, in Return of the Dragon King and the TV show, incorrectly pluralize the location's name. Both also greatly change its appearance, as either a dark labirynthe cave or a wasteland.
