The Crystal Caverns are the third area of the 3DS version of Skylanders: Swap Force. It is a village of Molekin miners led by the Prospector taken over by Count Moneybone's Mechanical Worm, who mined its Crystaluminium gems as a magic power source for the clockwork army.

- The level is populated with Crystal Golems, which strangely are much smaller and never have a circle of crystals, thus having no crystal-related attacks. In contrast, only Giant Trog Pinchers are featured, and they are occasionally bigger than a Giant.
