The Radiant Isles is a realm in Skylands and the main setting of the Nintendo 3DS version of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. The main antagonist of the game, Hektore, has taken over the Radiant Isles and it's up to the new Portal Master and the Skylanders to stop him.

History

The Radiant Isles was discovered as the only source of Radiance in Skylands. The Mystic Seekers were the only Mabu who willingly journeyed to the Isles to harvest the mystical energy.

  • Including the cloud formation between Galecrack Castle and Aurora Peak, strangely enough, the Radiant Isles form a trapezium when seen from above.
  • Though it's mentioned as the only source of Radiance in its own game, the energy source was later found in several mines in the Skylanders comics, can be harvested from plants in the Lost Islands and in an Crystal Geode infront of the Sky Eater in SuperChargers.
