The Dread-Yacht, also known as Cap'n Flynn's Ship , is the hub in Skylanders: Giants, which can be customized later on in the game with Legendary Treasures found in the chapters of the game.
Some characters will join the player once they befriend them or they are defeated. For example, Brock will join the player once they defeat him in his arena, and thus unlocks the player to do various arena challenges by talking to him. Also talking to some characters allows the player to play different modes and sidequests, such as talking to Brock allows them to access the Arena Mode in which they play in a wave-based arena combat. Meeting other characters will add additional Heroic Challenges to be completed and many quests for Skylanders. Flynn serves as the captain of the aircraft.
Trivia
- Ghost Roaster is the only Skylander that can die here, apart from in Aerial Attack! where enemies are on the yacht.
