Dark Mirror
Species: Mirror
Attacks: Disrupt the Radiant Isles
Shroud the Radiant Isles in an invisible veil
Appears in: Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure (3DS version)

The Dark Mirror is an evil artifact created against the will of the Mystic Seekers in the 3DS version of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. It is also the final level in the game.

Abilities

The Dark Mirror, having been created by Radiance Crystals, behaves differently than the Seekers had expected, corrupting the Radiant Isles and causing its lands to become damaged.

Story

After Hektore arrived, he forced the Mystic Seekers to forge the Dark Mirror, which he then used its power to shroud the Radiant Isles from the rest of Skylands in order to keep the Seekers' power for himself. The Dark Mirror then began corrupting the Isles, and poisoning the power of the Radiance crystals that reside within.

When the Skylanders arrived at the Dark Mirror, they battled against Hektore and a few of his evil minions. After inflicting enough damage onto the fiend, they make their way to the Dark Mirror itself while avoiding Hektore's lasers and activate Wendel's staff to make it a beacon for the Mystic Seekers to destroy the Dark Mirror. After the Dark Mirror was destroyed, Hektore was destroyed shortly afterwards.

Trivia

  • The fortress of the Dark Mirror is the same level as the Lair of Kaos, which only occurs in the console version of Spyro's Adventure.
