The Undead Island is the Undead Elemental Realm in the Second Dimension. It is an island filled with mist in its lower areas and steep cliffs in its higher points, and what appears to be a marsh hidden near the bottom. A lone lighthouse,a house with docks and a castle or crypt seem to be the only buildings, though deep in the mist a strange, gigantic serpentine creature lurks near a shipwreck. Wolfgang and his minions took over this island in Skylanders: Battlecast.

Trivia
- There is a graphical glitch in battles taking place in this Realm, where the lighthouse's spotlight effect is covered in black at the top.
- "Darkness Falls" is the catchphrase of Blackout, who belongs to the element of the Dark and not Undead.
