Fantasm Forest is a forest village that is home to the Treemen and the Ancient Tree Spirit. Kaos launched an attack on the forest with his troll army in an attempt to evilize and capture the Tree Spirit.

- In the Ancient Dig Site area, there is a statue of Tree Rex.
- Despite its name, the forest's only Undead qualities are Elemental Gates, being instead inhabited by Life-aligned creatures.
- In cutscenes, Fantasm Forest is depicted as a land of rolling green hills and thick, cone-shaped trees. In the actual level, though, Fantasm Forest is mostly a village and not a forest; it doesn't even possess any conical trees.
