Battlefield is the fourteenth chapter in the console version of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. It is here where the Skylanders search for the Eternal Tech Source, a component needed for the Core of Light.
Description
Much like Goo Factory, Battlefield is a war zone set in the midst of a rainstorm. Stone fortifications decorate the level, and overcast gray clouds create a foreboding atmosphere.
Story
Arriving at the battlefield, the Skylanders are greeted once again by Snuckles, who anxiously explains that the Troll forces have overrun the Mabu Defense Force and cut off their command team. Fighting through Trolls and using bombs and cannons to destroy barricades, the Skylanders reach the command team led by Rizzo. The Mabu are pinned behind a turret-protected barrier, but they have luckily captured a Troll stockpile containing a Mega Bomb. Since the bomb is too heavy for any of the Mabu to move, the Skylanders roll the bomb and destroy the barrier.
On the other side of the barrier, the Trolls' secret weapon is revealed: The Troll Super Tank, created and powered by the Eternal Tech Source. The Skylanders throw bombs and attack the tank's fuel storage, its weak spot. Afterwards, the tank is destroyed and the Eternal Source is revealed, which the Skylanders claim and return to the Ruins.

Battlefield is one of the locations to which Skylanders can adventure. It is unlocked for all Tech Skylanders of Hero Rank 5 and above, and Adventures there take four hours and 860 Energy, rewarding 650 Hero Points and 3,800 Gold.

- In the opening cutscene of the level, there is a Mabu that gets launched by a cannonball. In the PlayStation 3 / Xbox 360 version, the Mabu soldier gets launched before the cannonball hits the ground.
- The Troll Super Tank is much larger in the PlayStation 3 / Xbox 360 version of the level compared to the Wii and Wii U version.
- Additionally, in the PlayStation 3 / Xbox 360 version, the hitbox for the tank's turret fire is incredibly small, making it difficult to actually take damage from it.
